A travel fee applies beyond this distance, covering up to a 100km service radius across the Southern Downs region.

Do you offer setup and pack down?

Yes and yes! Wicker & White takes the stress out of your day by including a setup and pack down service. Setup and pack down time is not included in the 3-hour minimum booking requirement.

How far in advance should I book?

I'd suggest booking a picnic, proposal or event 2 or more months out and a wedding or elopement up to 6 months in advance. Last minute bookings are welcome so don't hesitate to reach out!
